If you are a new visitor, please create an account using a unique password of your choosing, an email address to receive shipping updates, and include the Practitioner ID number that was provided to you by your practitioner. If you are unsure what your Practitioner ID is or how to find it, please visit our guide to getting started with your Patient Account.

Once logged in, use the SEARCH bar function or browse product categories to find what you would like to order as recommended by your practitioner. Add the products to your shopping cart and note the quantity you’d like to order with up or down arrows or by changing the number and clicking outside the area.

After you click on SUBMIT ORDER REQUEST, you’ll be taken to a Thank You page confirming that your order has gone through and has been sent to your practitioner for approval. Once the order is approved, it will be boxed up and shipped to the address provided on your account.

There is no payment required, as your practitioner will bill you directly.
